This message is a reminder that the Bi-Monthly meeting of North Perrott Parish Council will take place in the Hoskyns Memorial Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 1st July 2025

MAY MEETING OF NORTH PERROTT PARISH COUNCIL & Annual Village Meeting

This message is a reminder that there will be an AnVillage Meeting at 7pm on Tuesday 6th May 2025 in the Hoskyns Memorial Hall.

Immediately following, at 7.30pm there will be the Annual Meeting of North Perrott Parish Council followed immediately by the usual Bi-Monthly meeting

The Village Meeting is without an agenda and gives anyone present the oportunity to raise questions about the village that might not be dealt with in a normal Parish Council Meeting.

The Annual Meeting is recap of the previous year’s activities and election of officers for the next 12 months.

The bi-monthly meeting is the normal PC business as per the agenda.

VE Day 80th Celebrations

At the time of print, there are two planned events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day.  The original VE Day was on 8th May 1945 and marked the end of WW2 in Europe, after almost 6 long years of war. (The war finally ended exactly 6 years after it had begun, on 2nd Sept 1945, and is marked by VJ day).

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 5th May 12.30pm

Buffet Lunch in the Manor Arms garden, starting at 12.30pm.  Tickets are £12.50 per head and should be booked with Liz at the pub 01460 72901

THURSDAY 8th May 9pm

There will be a “Balloon Burn” at Perrott Park (opposite the churchyard).  Everyone is welcome. Please meet on the Village Green at 9pm where Pip and Angie will lead a  crowd to the event.

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS

There are a number of events being organised to celebrate Christmas in the village.  Please keep checking the Calender on the Village Website to see a complete schedule of events.

ST. MARTIN’S CHURCH

Carol Service – Sunday 22nd December at 3pm.

Christmas Day Service – Wednesday 25th December at 9am.

VILLAGE GREEN

Carols around the Green Saturday 21st December at 6pm.

Wine and mince pies available.

ST. MICHAEL’S & ALL ANGELS

Christmas Eve Midnight Service – Tuesday 24th December at 11.30pm
