I had 2 opportunists poking around my property last night at 1.30 am . checking vehicles and generally looking about, I charged out of bed to give chase but I obviously I disturbed them . They speed off towards the village in a 4×4 truck. Keep your eyes and ears about. !!!😡

Please don’t be concerned, burglaries are extremely rare in North Perrott but unattended garages, garden sheds and gates should be regularly monitored for signs of intruders.

If you think you have had a “prowler”, please report on 101 or 999 if caught in the act.

Giving the Police extra intelligence may help them apprehend or convict a criminal if they know when and where they are operating that night.
